<div>What?!? Are you actually saying that the 'copy guy' has a right to copy and sell someone else's work simply because the author doesn't want to release it? The copy guy is selling someone else's property! He does NOT have the right to market those goods, no matter what the author's reason for not releasing them! I don't see how you can possibly justify your position. It's like teaching our children "It's not right to steal...UNLESS it's something you really want and the person who owns it won't give it to you."

<div>Maybe the author is just too busy right now. Maybe he just wants to wait a while. Maybe he's burned out and doesn't know what he wants to do. MAYBE he's just tired of working really hard on something, just to see other people copy it and sell it for their own profit. IT DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT NO ONE BUT THE AUTHOR HAS A RIGHT TO SELL THIS MATERIAL. Why do I have to keep explaining this?

<div>Let's try to put the 'shoe on the other foot.' How would you feel if you saw someone else selling (and profiting from) something you had created? ESPECIALLY if you had copyrighted the work. Please don't tell me "I would wish them well and let them do whatever they want with my work" because we all know that's hogwash.
