<div>Look around a little bit and you can find clear coat spray in matte (semi-gloss) finish. I've purchased this before at Orchard Supply Hardware (a hardware store where you can actually find help, unlike Home Depot where I refuse to go anymore). Clear coat MIGHT be available in flat finish too. Maybe check a hobby or craft store. I'll bet there's something made for RC cars or planes that might do the trick.
