<div>No, unfortunately, MAP is no longer around. I believe Thomas Henry got an offer for a good gig teaching mathematics at a local university and that occupies too much of his time. As to whether the books are still available, well, that's a good question. At the moment, it appears they are not. I can't imagine they would be a lot of trouble to print up again (it would take more time than effort), and maybe if Mr. Henry gets enough requests...
