While I don't have any direct experience with Philips O-scopes, they
generally make good quality equipment. A lot depends on the price. See if
you can find something similar on ebay to get an idea of the going rate. Try
to find something that is almost finished, and watch it until it is sold.
Remember that prices on ebay usually jump quite a bit in the last few
minutes for popular items. If the price is good, I'd probably go for it.
Also remember that you can usually find a good used Tek scope on ebay for
about $200 without too much effort.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking at oscilloscopes and have found a philips 100mHz dual
trace. Are these any good? I know that Tek and HP are the big names
in oscilloscopes, but are these pretty good too?
