size=2>Sorry I can't be of any help but reading that part number somehow
reminded me of my frustration trying to identify parts scrapped from some
Tektronix modules. I finally learned that they had a LOT of custom stuff that
I'd probably never identify. I did identify some dual FET's but that's about
