<P>Hi everyone, long time listener, first time caller.</P>
<P>I'm building Ray Wilsons Soundlab synth and just about to connect the circuit board up to the front panel.  My question is this: what kind of cable should I be using? </P>
<P>I was gonna use a load of single core wire I have but should it be multiple stranded wire for extra flexibility (considering I'm gonna be taking it apart a lot)?  What about multi core alarm cables?  I could group wires together then and hopefully make it a bit tidier, but would the thin wires handle the current?  Or should I be using sheilded cable?</P>
<P>So many questions, I hope someone doesn't mind setting me straight.  I promise to learn more so that I can pick your brains better in future...</P>
