Seem to recall Tim Kaiser, the fellow whose site of FX/synths built into old test equip etc. came up here a few days ago, did something similar with a cello. Okay, the Electro-Cello, as seen here:<BR>

Back in the last century there was a magazine, if I remember correctly was<BR>
called "The Source", that one issue contained a large magnetic square that<BR>
you could run a tape head over to hear the sounds.<BR>
