<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Well, I *could* be wrong, but I always thought that
if you used a setup similiar to the tb303 filter (which is, in essence, a diode
ladder filter using the diodes within a trannie) and ran the filter with a wider
supply range (I think it runs from 12 v to 5 v) So, if you ran it off of, oh,
say 12 v to 0v or +/- 12v, you could probably get it to self-oscillate and do
all that fun stuff we love so well that occurs with the EMS style diode
filter.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Someone correct me if I am wrong.. But, it always
looked to me that if the supply rails were converted to a higher voltage, it
would run into self-osc. Also, too, this *might* stabilize the pole
migration..</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I hate it when those poles migrate too much..
Everyone ends up with last names that end in "ske" , "ski", "sky", and
"kcy" and have lots of consonants. ;))</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>i wonder if anyone knows of any diode ladder low pass filter resources, i
only seem to be able to find the transistor type. a description of the circuit
operation would be very helpful. i found a schematic at</DIV>

<DIV>and looked for the book that the circuit is sourced from but was unable
to find it. if anyone could point to resources then i would be much
obliged</DIV>
