I know this subject has come up in the past...

Any suggestions for an accurate analog binaural beat machine with as many variable parameters as realistically viable in a simple circuit.

I was exploring the Crystal Idea (inspired by the little Fostex signal generator which has buttons for generating preset freqs) but this is not really analog nor variable.

I guess the concept is simply two sine vcos at individual outputs with variable frequencies and a frequency counter system in series with an LCD. How accurate can a home grown vco be generated (Hz to 2 decimal places would be nice) and displayed?
