<DIV><FONT size=2>I just checked Analog Devices chip SSM2164 which is quad VCA
and I got an idea to use it as an exponential converter for VCO. Since SSM2164
has exponential control (voltage) of a current trough the single VCA, exp.
converter for VCO would be fairly easy to implement. The only question is
whether the log. conformance of the SSM2164 is adequate for quality VCO, or is
the standard CA3046 design (heated) better and what about temperature stability?
