Same with the Korg Nu:Tekt NTS-1. "MIDI-TTL" in and out is available on the PCB.

There are MIDI out pads on the PCBs of most or all of the Volcas (maybe not modular?)

So you have to run them off onto a socket on a cable, or use a MIDI jack that mounts to the side of the unit.

Spiros, I can't see a Midi Out on this thing?

Or is it an undocumented feature?

It reminds me of my TR-606! Well, perhaps except for the samples....

The Volca beats worked like that! You could hijack the midi out and use it as a midi controller. Admittedly, it was a better MIDI controller than a drum machine.

I love that the panel MCU is a MIDI controller for the rest. Is this a
pretty common technique? Reminds me of some laptop keyboards and/or
trackpads that are USB HID devices. I think I've seen this before.
Perhaps Korg.

When it gets stuck or goes down the wrong path, you have to steer it in the right direction. And if you don't know how to solve the problem yourself... you're stuck too.
