Plenty of fabrication facilities in the world - they're just all fully booked up at the moment.

But if you've got a spare $20bn it's quite possible to build another one.

I apologize if this is snarky but it seems like the root of the issue is a frequent theme on this list; nobody has the fabrication facilities anymore.
This needs to be fixed. Semiconductors must not be endangered species.
