As Behringer likes to be very community-ish on Facebook, maybe just 
throwing that somehwere in their feed to get a reaction might help.

It's a similar situation with the shipping companies over here. Have a 
question or complaint and use the official channels, get nothing. But 
throw it in a suitable thread on their FB page, and things immediately 
get going.
