The whole in music group is a joke… their tech support works up to telling
you either it’s obsolete or you have to send it over and costs more than
buy new (they are totally against home repairs)… and good luck finding a
willing representative in the UK with decent prices…
I’ve applied to become official repair centre in Scotland and after 2
months after applying the silence is depressing… and to think they own
brands like Moog, Akai and other high ends… scary stuff
