Good advice!  That website I linked for battery changing urges one to take 
great care as the chances of finding a replacement Alpha Juno PCB or eye are 
slim to none! :-O

I snipped the battery leads then carefully de-soldered the little metal 
stubs from the board (with eye protection.)
