Well hold on, I feel like you're taking "homemaker" to be used like a slightly antiquated (bit "50s sit-com" kind of feel) term for a woman who stays at home and runs the house, who "makes the home".

And I feel like what Cheater said intended "homemaker" to mean "one who makes things at home", the amateur home synthesizer constructor.

Be careful. English isn't necessarily everyone's first language, and even if it is the English I use is likely to be different to the dialect that someone from the US would use.
