A few suggestions might be:

1. Design 3U & 5U modules to take the new submodules you design.
I see from your previous work that you have a MU system so it would be cool
to see Moog-style ARP modules.

2. Rather than aim for 100% clones, maybe implement the new filters as
close as possible in SMD and productionise them. This would be good
future-proofing but I accept the point that you may not wish to compromise
the ARP design integrity with changes.

3. Create the designs in KiCAD and open-source the design files.
I see CERN have open-sourced their component libraries so creation of the
design with KiCAD could be made easier by this:
