[sdiy] LoopMIDI and Win 11

I did a bit of researching about the bugs. I had no idea that MS's new 
MIDI Services included virtual MIDI cables (the same function as 
LoopMIDI). I also read info that tells me setting it up is not nearly as 
simple as LoopMIDI. *Has anybody reading this tried to use virtual MIDI 
cables from Windows MIDI Services? Did it work?*
