 How much of windows 11 MIDI is broken? Or did I misunderstand you?

 Yes, but can be dicey right now. The new MIDI services that rolled out in February broke lots of things. Patches are coming and fixes for most things are out now and will be rolling out for the next several weeks. There is a Discord group for the Microsoft MIDI services you might want to look up. Everything is there.

My Win10 computer has finally died and I'm now forced to use Win11. I've found LoopMIID to be an indispensable tool for all things MIDI on a PC. I'd love to continue using it.
