Karplus-Strong has very few elements: input burst, delay, filter. So, if you want a weak fundamental with stronger partials, then you might adjust the wideband noise burst at the input to have a weak fundamental. You could also tune the filter to favor specific upper partials. There really aren't many knobs to tweak in K-S because there are so few elements.
