[sdiy] Source for nicely cut polycarbonate?

Admittedly my local makerspace has a laser cutter and a cnc, but if I was doing it at home I'd trace the tin on some mdf, cut and sand that to the exact size wanted, then use doublesided tape to attach my plastic and cut it with a router with a trim bit. Like you make a guitar pickguard.
