Yes Gordon, I understand modeling (I am a professional mathematical modeler
in the extractive metallurgy space, and yes, I spell modeling with one L).
However, these are Spice models, so presumably the actual parameters of the
components are represented therein.

It's a different model. You could make a model with an infinitely fast reset
time, or one that takes ten minutes.
Because it's a simulation it only bears a superficial resemblance to
reality.
