[sdiy] Dead Microfreaks?

Hi Barry,

Hope you're well.

Coincidentally, I was looking at your text on the K2000 because I am
thinking of adding the CV Inputs to a v1.0 (a rarity!).

For the Microfreak, have you tested it to be USB Bus-powered because it can
power on using that port too if power via the DC input is not working
anymore. If not, some additional internal sleuthing around the power
circuit inside might be in order.
