[sdiy] EEH Banana analog synthesizer

Set the gain pot at the DAC while measuring VCO input at one voice to 
get 1V difference when you play octaves. Then adjust the offset pot to 
move lowest note more or less ti where it should be to match keyboard 
with actual tone. Banana aparently has autotune so you don't have to be 
very precise doing that.
