I thought a lot about this in the past weeks. 
But then life demanded lots of attention.  :/

Many thanks to you, Ben, for running this and continuing Rick’s efforts to keep the list alive!
And many thanks to everybody for sharing knowledge and contributing to fruitful discussions leading to solutions or even entire projects!
