Now that you say it, I thought of this Delton T. Horn book but
hesitated to mention it. I recall seeing it when it was new, buying it
(40+ years ago!), and being disappointed with it. I saw the minimoog
on the cover and was hoping it would help me make a minimoog, but no
... the filter response graphs are especially horrid. I'm posting a
link here so anyone can read online or scroll down and download and
see for yourself, and not pay the ridiculous used book prices (it's
old, probably didn't sell many to begin with, so now it's "rare and
collectible"):
