Your honesty does you credit but this is (by far) fair use in the US. It doesn't have a "Getty Images" watermark and you're not making money using that image. It's not like they're browsing forums let alone listserves for copyright infringement. If anyone said anything to me I'd tell them to bugger off. Laws in your country may vary.
