[sdiy] MIDIVerb reverse engineering

I have a MIDIFEX. Backed up the EPROMs this afternoon. I don't have time
or means to really validate this right now but I'm assuming they should be
good. It's been collecting dust for a few years but worked the last time I
was playing with it.

Here's the files download. I'll leave it up for a week. Will also send to
the DBWBP EPROM database so it's hosted somewhere.
