[sdiy] Need a TO220 thermo pad that can withstand 130vdc without arcing..

The four actual TO220 packages are two power mosfets and two diodes
All on the same heatsink.
Both mosfets are fed with a +130VDC supply.
These are PWM pre drivers for a broken CROWN stereo power amp.
I know 130vdc is quite out of synth topics but I knew repairmen
Like you would know good thermo pads usages and insulation limits.
