Channel lock pliers or vise grips. Make sure you adjust the 'height' 
accordingly for both.

If you have some pieces of metal or wood that span the width of the 
connector I'd put those between the jaws and connectors. That will 
hopefully keep even pressure across the connector and keep the jaws from 
marring the connectors. Sometimes I use card stock from a cereal box as 
padding if I have nothing else.
