Thanks for all the hot tips.
It turns out that the power supply I intend to use has a '723, so it is
easily adjustable to 12V. Since the rest of my circuit is not fussy, I will
simply alter the supply down to +/-12V and be done with it. It may be as
simple as tweaking a trimpot or two, or, at most, changing a resistor or
two.
In other news, I just laid out a test board for a dual SVF using the '3350,
and the pinout on that device could have been more logical.
