Yes, I will probably just use a +/-12V power supply for the whole project.
It sucks because I have a pile of +/-15V power supplies that I scavanged,
and my modular also uses that supply, and every other IC I'm using is not
fussy about the supply.  Maybe I can alter one of my 15V supplies with a
different regulator to get 12V.  I guess I should do a little research.
 
It sucks how non-standard everything is in the analog electronics world.
