Hi Dave,
being an export control officer myself in the semiconductor field in
germany, I can tell that things can be quite a bit complicated. On the
other hand, at least in the context of audio synthesizers, I can hardly
imagine those being subject to export controls.
If you can tell me (potentially off-list) what you'd like to buy and
where it's supposed to be shipped to, I can look into it.
