If you're in the UK, or a country with sensible banking facilities that can send money to the UK, I strongly recommend Portfast.

They're not the cheapest but it's a small and enthusiastic company run by a really sound guy. Their VPSes are good value too.

The only domain I don't have registered with them is ishootdv.cam because they aren't in the .cam registry.
