[sdiy] Makera PCB blanks

Hey Synth DIY Team,
 
Has anybody here ever ordered PCB blanks from Makera?  I just found them on
the web, and the price seems too good to be true ($1.19 for a 200x150 mm
single-sided FR-4 blank).
 
I'm just wondering if they are decent quality, and are truly fibreglass (and
not phenolic), and have decent copper plating.
