That is correct. I have tried to get hold of that, but unable to do so.
I have seen a picture of it in some service manual, and based on that I made my own.
It it a long metal rod with a slit in it, so that you can grasp the metal part underneath the key and ever so slightly bend it, causing the key to shift up or down, depending on the movement.
