Disappointing, but unsurprising.  Nobody wants to manufacture any non-CMOS
chips anymore.  As soon as the "H" chips appeared on the same data sheet
as the classic TL074, with seemingly deliberate confusion between the
two, it was clear which way the wind was blowing.
