If you can find a good photograph of the original and photoshop it to the correct size you can get it screen printed onto adhesive vinyl - the same stuff they use to wrap cars - and then remove all the knobs and nuts, drill the vinyl in the centre of all the images of the knobs before sticking it down.  Not quite as good as new but can be pretty good.

In fact some high end low volume mixers already use this technique in production as it's cheaper than printing on the metal, and those companies sell replacement vinyls, but unlikely for old synths.

if these outlines were "engraved", I recently used the black variant of this to
fill in some fading digits on a watch bezel, that worked nicely:
