[sdiy] New OTA mixer IC

Great news!
I've heard somewhere it's coming.
Waveform mixing from oscillator(s) in synth voice. I wish 2130 had more 
VCAs, now comes the remedy. Easier to use and smaller than 3xLM13700.
Hoping it will be cheaper than 2164
