[sdiy] Covers / shroud for unused header pins?

If it's just 1 or 2 pins, you could strip some appropriately-sized wire and
slide a length of insulation on to the pins, then melt a little spot of the
insulation so it bonds to the pin.

Alternatively,  if you have some heatshrink tubing, that would be the ideal
solution.
