[sdiy] Help identifying a DIY circuit board

Hey Group,
 I just wanted to post a follow up to my request for identifying my mystery circuit board. Many thanks to Harry, as usual, and especially Pete. Thanks Pete!
 The reason why it may not have looked familiar was because, I LAID IT OUT.
 Petes suggestion to look at Electro-Music led me to the vault of schematics list where I recognized the familiar Complex Waveform Generator by Scott Gravenhorst who never provided the artwork at the link below. The missing chip is a 4050.
  I KNEW it was an interesting project. This time I'm going to finish it!
