[sdiy] Help identifying a DIY circuit board

Damn that looks familiar.   Wish I know what the missing/unmarked chips were. My guess its a noise source LFSR using 2 CD4006 shift registers, an 4070, and some kind of mixer combining the outputs...

 I need help identifying a DIY circuit board project. I recall that it was interesting enough to build but it's been a while since I've seen it and cannot identify it and have no documentation. I was hoping that someone in the group might recognize it. It is NOT from Ray Wilson. It is made from the original layout and artwork.
