In some of my designs, it's imperative that the screws are in the circuit diagram because they - and how they are assembled - are critical to the assembly and operation of the device.

I suspect you mostly deal with fairly low-voltage low-current stuff though, where you don't use M8 bolts as inter-PCB conectors ;-)
