The author died in 2012, and the website finally went away within the last year.
Another Don Lancaster book is Active Filter Cookbook - I've referred
back to it many times over the decades. It's not just a cookbook, he
goes over all the math to derive the formulas. I dare say it's been
more use to me than his books on digital circuits.
Also by Walt Jung is Audio IC Op-Amp Applications. Among other things,
it shows how to measure op-amp distortion. There's three editions,
it's been out of print for a while, and bookfinder.com shows copies at
collectible prices.
