"Troubleshooting Analog Circuits" by Bob Pease is an eye opener for doing what it says on the tin. The digital guys might be surprised at some of the analogue quirks mentioned here. You have to get used to Bob's offhand dry style...
Don Lancaster's various "cookbooks" the best known probably is the CMOS one but the earlier ones were great for getting your head around the different logic families - I think they're all pretty much available online and free these days (???) but you know you really want a paper copy
