Having said that Kicad is one of the top packages for automated footprint stuff. So found this, should work but I would check both the symbol and footprint after importing.

I would make my own, it's quite a simple process. Any library you download would have to be checked against the datasheet anyway.

OK, I think I’ll stick with the KiCad. I have version 8.
One problem, I don’t see any library entries for CA3086 or LM3900. I haven’t looked for the 4007UB yet.
Anyone have any of those that they could share?
