[sdiy] What's the best freeware schematic capture and PCB layout software

OK, I think I'll stick with the KiCad. I have version 8.

 

One problem, I don't see any library entries for CA3086 or LM3900. I haven't
looked for the 4007UB yet.

Anyone have any of those that they could share?
