I'd love to buy a copy, but I can't find any for sale anywhere. The last one that was for sale was in the US, and shipping several boxes of copier paper over to the UK would have cost more than buying the damn things. Think in terms of "buy a car, put Electronotes in the boot, put car in container, have container shipped to UK".
