[sdiy] Does anybody have an opinion on Siglent scopes ?

I've gotten less tolerant of noise around my computer. I replaced the fans in two external drive enclosures with small/tiny Noctuas. Big improvement, worth the money (especially since they were on sale). They come with an optional inline resistor for even lower noise.

What I want are temperature-controlled fans for the drive enclosures. I can's seem to find any small/tiny enough.
