Hi Jean-Pierre & the List!
I recommend H11F1, F2, F3 series originally from Fairchild.
Their secondary stage is photo-FET.
I can use it simply replace LED-CdS photo couplers but 10 - 100 times faster.
Unfortunately they are already discontinued, but still some suppliers selling.
